Destinations

We deliver to many places including the UK, Europe, and other selected international destinations. You can see a full list of countries below. If you can’t find your country please contact us at Customer Services and we will see what we can do.

Customs and import charges

All charges must be made by the order recipient. Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you the costs as charges vary from country to country. We recommend inquiring about the charges with your local customs office for charges before you order.

PO Box addresses

For security reasons we don’t deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Options

UK Standard Delivery

2-3 working days. Up to 200g - £1.72, up to 500g - £5.50, up to 1kg - £6.70, up to 2kg - £8.65. Available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays

• We will send your items by the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Most deliveries under 200g will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post - restrictions apply. Most deliveries over 200g will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for insurance reasons - restrictions apply
• Carriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays
• You may be required to sign for your items. If you are not available the carrier will may leave it with a neighbour or somewhere dry and out of sight and leave a calling card to let you know. If that is not possible they will leave you a calling card so that you can pick your items up from them.
• From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 3pm to ensure delivery the next day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
• Next Day Delivery orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday, except bank holidays (UK Only) when items will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• Bank holiday orders will be delivered in two working days.

Europe & Rest of World

Standard Delivery within Europe can take 4-8 working days. The rest of the world may take up to 15 working days.

The cost of delivery outside the U.K varies according to the weight of your parcel. Shipping will be automatically calculated on the Checkout page when the delivery destination is confirmed, so you know how much it will cost before you complete your order.

• Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. You may be required to sign for your items. If you are not available the carrier may leave a calling card so that you can pick the items up from them. To avoid this we suggest you have your order delivered to a work address
• Unfortunately, we do not offer express delivery services outside the U.K.
